The Complete Case Manager

Most case management training teaches the paperwork. This program teaches the practice underneath it. Nine courses follow the shape of real work: the first conversation, understanding who and what is already in a person's life, setting goals that belong to them, planning for risk without defaulting to restriction, documenting it defensibly, and coordinating with everyone else who has a hand in the file. Each builds on the one before, so you finish with one coherent way of working rather than nine separate topics. It's trauma-informed and rights-based throughout — assessment that doesn't retraumatise, goals that come from the person rather than the funding agreement, and risk planning that takes dignity of risk seriously. Every course includes templates, prompts and tools you can use on Monday.

Includes: Trauma-Sensitive Intake & Assessment · Micro-Mapping a Client's Support Ecosystem · Strengths-Based Planning and Goal-Setting · Collaborative Care Planning with Clients · Developing Client-Centred Risk Management Plans · Effective Case Notes and Documentation · Coordinating Services Across Health, Justice & Social Sectors · Working Effectively in Multidisciplinary Teams · Case Management Hacks: Tools for Efficiency and Empathy
