Crisis is part of community and frontline work, and how we respond in those moments matters enormously. This course equips workers to respond to crisis through a person-centred lens: keeping the individual’s dignity, autonomy and experience at the centre, even under pressure. It is practical, evidence-informed, and grounded in the realities of the community sector.
