Inclusive Service Design for Local Government

This course introduces local government staff to the principles and practice of inclusive service design — creating services that are accessible, equitable, and genuinely useful for all community members. Participants will explore human-centred design methodologies, learn how to apply universal design principles, and develop practical skills for co-designing services with the people who use them.
