Grant Management for Community Projects

This course provides local government staff with the knowledge and practical skills to manage community grants programs effectively — from program design and promotion through to assessment, acquittal, and evaluation. Participants will learn how to support community organisations to access grants, ensure accountability and probity, and demonstrate the value of council's investment in community projects.
