Engaging Diverse Communities in Local Government Programs

This course equips local government staff with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to meaningfully engage communities from diverse cultural, linguistic, and social backgrounds. Drawing on best-practice engagement principles and culturally responsive approaches, participants will learn how to design and deliver programs and services that genuinely reflect the needs and aspirations of all community members.
