Culturally Safe Practice in End-of-Life and Grief Support

This course prepares workers to provide culturally safe, compassionate, and responsive support to clients and families facing death, dying, and grief across diverse cultural contexts. Learners will explore cultural and spiritual beliefs about death and the afterlife, the rituals and mourning practices of diverse communities, and how to deliver end-of-life care that honours the whole person, their culture, their faith, and their family.
