Culturally Responsive Practice with CALD Communities

This course equips community and support workers with the knowledge and skills to provide effective, respectful, and responsive services to people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds. Learners will explore the experiences of migrants, refugees, and people seeking asylum in Australia, and develop practical strategies for culturally responsive engagement, communication, and service delivery.
