Consultation and Co-Design with Local Communities

This course builds the skills of local government staff to plan, facilitate, and evaluate meaningful community consultation and co-design processes. Moving beyond tick-box consultation, participants will learn how to genuinely involve community members in decisions that affect them — applying the IAP2 spectrum of participation, facilitation techniques, and co-design methodologies to create processes that are authentic, accessible, and actionable.
